Audifort Side Effects and Safety
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Audifort is a plant and amino acid liquid, and most healthy adults are likely to tolerate it. The label cautions: do not exceed the recommended dose, and pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician first. Below is what is known about its ingredients.
Possible side effects
| What you might notice | Likely cause | How likely |
|---|---|---|
| Stomach upset or heartburn | Capsicum, especially on an empty stomach | Occasional |
| Restlessness, jitteriness or trouble sleeping | Caffeine from guarana and green tea | Occasional |
| Drowsiness | GABA and L-tryptophan | Possible |
| Headache or a racing heart | Guarana, coleus, raspberry ketones | Uncommon |
| Shakiness or hunger if blood sugar drops | Gymnema | Uncommon |
| Allergic reaction | Any plant ingredient | Rare |
Mixing the dropper into juice or taking it after food can help a sensitive stomach. Stop and seek advice if you develop a rash, swelling or breathing difficulty.
